Repair work is undertaken after the device has been assessed and the proposed work has been discussed with you.
Repairs are a drop-off service. Timescales depend on diagnosis, parts availability and the nature of the fault.
Any specific warranty or repair terms applicable to your job will be explained when the repair is authorised.
