Charging problems are not always caused by the laptop socket itself. A faulty charger, damaged connector, battery problem or fault on the charging circuit can produce similar symptoms.

Proper diagnosis matters
We test the charging system rather than assuming the DC jack is at fault. If the connector needs repair or replacement, we can assess the appropriate repair. More involved charging-circuit faults may require component-level motherboard work.
