Repair rather than replace

Some faults can be repaired without replacing the whole laptop. Where practical, we look at the repair options first and explain whether repairing the existing machine makes sense.

Bring your laptop into the shop during opening hours and leave it with us. We will diagnose the fault, explain the options and then carry out the agreed work in our workshop.
