We can advise on available upgrades for compatible Apple Macs, including SSD and RAM upgrades where supported. We will check the particular Mac before recommending an upgrade and explain what it is likely to achieve.
Does your Mac need investigating?
Some Mac problems need proper investigation to identify the cause. Our £30 diagnostic and assessment covers the time and expertise needed to test and fault-find the problem, including dismantling where necessary. If you go ahead with the repair, the £30 is deducted from the repair cost.
For straightforward, known jobs such as an agreed screen replacement or upgrade, we can quote for the work without a diagnostic charge.

You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself. Bring your Mac into the shop during opening hours and briefly explain what you have noticed. We will take it into the workshop, assess it properly and explain our findings before carrying out agreed repair work.
